Chang Chung Ching (i.e. Chang Kai Shek) Generalissimo
of the Revolutionary Army has recentl; made a report at the

3rd Conference of the Representatives of All Kiangsi on
the military position. It contains some exceptionally
important details regarding the military position in the whole of China, a canarison of the military strength of
ta. Revolutionary Arm, with their enemies, and the
present military programme of the Revolutionary Army.
We now publish the report as follows:-
Our Comrades! Last week I was called upon by
the Representative Conference to submit a report on
the military situation. I regret that I was not present
at that time as I was engaged at the Military Re-
organisation Conference. Now I have come and am going to
outline for ou the military position in the whole of
China. I will give
